Utilize the nurse line on the back of your health insurance card. This is a free service.
Call our answering service and choose the prompt to be connected with the nurse triage line. This line is staffed by some amazing nurses at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. You may be assessed a $25 fee for utilizing this service.
Or you may leave a message and receive a call back when the office opens the next day.
We are pleased to offer a HIPAA secure, free and easy, text messaging service as a convenient feature for busy parents. You can even send us pictures & videos!
During office hours, secure messages will be responded to as quickly as possible, but there may be a delay if we are busy seeing patients. When appropriate, your child may be scheduled for a same-day or next-day appointment. If you would like to schedule an appointment, it is always fastest to call or text the office number.
When the office is closed, one of our physicians will respond to your Spruce message within one hour, until 10pm. We do not see messages between 10pm and 7:30am.
We prefer you to contact us before going to any Urgent Care or Emergency Room, as we may be able to save you that trip. However, if your child needs urgent medical treatment, we suggest that you be seen by dedicated pediatric providers such as those at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Forms for school, camp or sports will be completed as a courtesy if presented at the time of visit. All other forms will be assessed a $10 fee per form.
Forms that must be completed in less than 3 business days may be assessed an additional $10 rush fee.
Vaccine records will always be provided at the time of a well-child visit for free, but when requested at other times will be assessed a $5 fee.
